Quickview is not working for me when I use the Iron browser. (Iron is a variant of Chromium.) If I click on the subject it sets the tick to select the message, but the quickview plain text panel does not open. Does anybody else have this problem? BTW, it works fine in (e.g.) Firefox.

Your instructions are incomprehensible to me and I do not understand them. You use IT jargon I do not understand. I am a simple-minded Ph.D. scientist who cannot fathom your cryptic responses to FAQs. You assume an IT background most of us probably don’t have. I have spent many hours trying to configure my new alternativefuse.com email. It is powerful but not at all user friendly for people like me. I want to send and receive emails from sites that currently block alternativefuse.com. I tried to set up the forwarding capability located within the 'Preferences" tab. I was asked to supply my user and port. the number “110” was in a window just to the right of this. What is the “server and port” and whose server and port are being requested? It is not alternativefuse.com and your dialogue box variously does not accept my user ID and/or my password and thus cannot log into my account. Sites that block my outgoing and incoming emails are joimail.com; att.net; bellsouth.net. There may be others. I sent one message to a CDC account (U.S. government); afterwards all outgoing messages were blocked. I have had no problems with other emails thus far. I have other questions for you as well. I am not receiving any of my "read receipts" from emails sent. Either that, or I'm not sure where to find them at. I have looked everywhere I can in my emails, the support forum, and online yet I still cannot find any information on it. I have sent several messages with read receipts where I know that the addressed received the email, so I am confused where the read receipts are. Thank you very much for your help.

Hello, It seems that when people are replying to my e-mails that they are getting a cannot deliver message from the mail daemon. I do seem to be getting the messages however. It also seems to happen more when the person on the other end uses Gmail. Any ideas? Thanks.

Looking up the IP address at http://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups/ip-reputation returns "The ip address ... is listed as "poor" on the Barracuda Reputation System." This makes the automatic forwarding function worse than useless as every attempt to forward results in a delivery failure notification, which attempts to be automatically forwarded, which triggers yet another failure notification. This process continues itself until the inbox is full! Can the altfuse Barracuda reputation be restored?

I am having trouble using "forgot password" link. First, it places the username (serenity@alternativefuse.com) into the "secret answer" slot by default. First-and-a-half, whatever I type into the "account name" slot, it responds with "your account name must not be empty". Second, how am I supposed to give an answer to the secret question without seeing the secret question? The browser is Firefox 16.0.2.

After checking a lot of times, i tried the password recovery option. There, when i enter my account name, the form says "account name must not be empty". Is there something wrong with my account?
